I loved that I could easily walk to the Royal Palace in under 20 minutes and enjoy the beautiful Kungstradgarden, just a short stroll away. The hotel also provided a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me. It would be nice if the breakfast pack offered a bit more variety, but overall it was a great experience.

It was clean and the room was a perfect size for a solo traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the requests I had. Central Hotel is in a perfect location and is definitely a place I will stay again.

Quite and super cosy

Location is ideal within a few minutes walking distance of Central station, Gamla Stan and shopping area. There is a Tourist Office on the street and a stop for the sightseeing bus. There are also reasonably priced, by Stockholm standards, restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel itself is very nice with a cleverly designed glass atrium linking two parts of the hotel. This creates a spacious, bright and cheerful atmosphere and fills the reception area with light. The breakfast room is located on the first floor in the atrium area. Breakfast was good. Leading off this is an open air patio. My single room was spacious and pleasant with a large bathroom. There was free tea, coffee and biscuits available in the reception area and the internet was free.

The hotel has character but I felt it needs to keep up to speed with repainting etc. The room did not not have air conditioning(or I didn't find it).

The hotel is excellently located near T Central subway and the main train station. The bathroom was well-equipped, and I appreciated the complimentary beverages and amenities. Breakfast was diverse, with a range of options including fresh fruits and cold cuts, albeit busy during peak hours.
